Our purpose: Advance inclusion in the workplace and safeguard human integrity.
Our missions: Prevent, protect and repair.
To carry them out successfully, it is above all a matter of providing a concrete and constructive response to the many barriers to inclusion, namely harassment and discrimination of all kinds.
Our approach: Global, holistic and systemic.
We bring together a multidisciplinary ecosystem of credible and competent experts aware of the underlying themes related to diversity and inclusion, in order to provide high quality support to employees affected and guidance to employers.

FOUNDER & PRESIDENTE OF THE COMMITEE
My professional career i the corporate world in France and Switzerland, has been rich in learning on the theme of Diversity and Inclusion. Having noticed the difficulty of organizations in grasping the impact of inclusion on their overall performance, numerous exchanges and conversations with other people aware and concerned about this theme led me to design a pragmatic solution to advance inclusion in the workplace.
Prevent, protect and repair are the three main missions of Rezalliance. To carry them out successfully, it is also a question of providing a concrete and constructive response to the many barriers to inclusion, namely harassment and discrimination of all forms. The global, holistic and systemic approach is the guarantee to obtain tangible and lasting results.

Inclusion. Every one of the eight billion human beings in this complex world seeks to be noticed, liked, and accepted into his or her family and social circles and strives to be a responsible and competent participant and member of all the different life and working environments he or she encounters.
A reciprocal relationship is at the heart of every kind of successful individual and general human development. If I see, hear, understand, and respect others, I expect that others will do the same for me. If I or others step away from this truth, someone will begin to be hurt and then we all begin to fail.
For me, an Anglo-Swiss architect, Rezalliance truly meets a societal need, and the vision and approach deployed have a concrete impact on improving inclusion in the world of work.

While our societies are going through a profound change, partly under the impetus of generations carrying new messages, desires and hopes, organisations will have no other choice but to adjust, to the risk od loosing their attractiveness or simply their substance.

MEMBER OF THE COMMITTEE
Beyond my role as a local elected official where I strive to meet people’s needs and improve human relationships, my professional career has taught me the need to promote inclusion in the noble sense of the term.
Within any kind of organisation, both individual and collective success, fostered by inclusion of people in their diversity and identity, are undeniably the keys to progress, economic growth and better collaboration. We will gain more by including and sharing; society and businesses will only prosper. It is simply humanity on the thread of life.
The impetus and professionalism of REZALLIANCE to support organizations, resonate naturally and factually in a win-win approach! The solution.
Member of the commitee
As a Swiss citizen having lived in Belgium, UK, Singapore, and USA, I discovered the universal dimension of humanity. I have also humbly acquired through my professional experience a conviction that diversity and inclusion is the least understood organizational strategy and therefore the most underused by employers, which could allow them to increase results with their current employees.
My personal mission is to enable everyone to be 100% themselves at work, and to use all their energy to perform rather than wasting it to comply. It means equal access to power for all minorities historically treated inferiorly by the majority of which I am a part. I want to support Rezalliance to make it possible.
