 JOËLLE PAYOM

JOËLLE PAYOM

FOUNDER & PRESIDENTE OF THE COMMITEE

My professional career i the corporate world in France and Switzerland, has been rich in learning on the theme of Diversity and Inclusion. Having noticed the difficulty of organizations in grasping the impact of inclusion on their overall performance, numerous exchanges and conversations with other people aware and concerned about this theme led me to design a pragmatic solution to advance inclusion in the workplace.

Prevent, protect and repair are the three main missions of Rezalliance. To carry them out successfully, it is also a question of providing a concrete and constructive response to the many barriers to inclusion, namely harassment and discrimination of all forms. The global, holistic and systemic approach is the guarantee to obtain tangible and lasting results.

CO-PRESIDENT OF THE COMMITTEE

Swiss, Italian and Lebanese, having lived and worked in 5 countries and on 3 continents, I have had the fortune of being confronted with diversity and of learning to intrinsically understand, accept and include others.

With an innate interest and caring for humans and an extensive experience in people and organizational development, within Rezalliance I wish to actively contribute to the evolution of inclusion and to the expression of the potential of wealth and co-creativity of being, living and working together.

MEMBER OF THE COMMITTEE

During my career of over 30 years in international companies, I have worked in multicultural environments, which allowed me to appreciate and love diversity. Diversity of culture, gender and points of view are invaluable assets for our society. Diversity is part of evolution, and evolution is exciting.

Dynamic, solution-oriented, respectful of everyone’s freedom to think and be, I am proud to bring my contribution and support Rezalliance in its comprehensive and concrete approach to inclusion and diversity in the workplace.

As a Swiss citizen having lived in Belgium, UK, Singapore, and USA, I discovered the universal dimension of humanity. I have also humbly acquired through my professional experience a conviction that diversity and inclusion is the least understood organizational strategy and therefore the most underused by employers, which could allow them to increase results with their current employees.

My personal mission is to enable everyone to be 100% themselves at work, and to use all their energy to perform rather than wasting it to comply. It means equal access to power for all minorities historically treated inferiorly by the majority of which I am a part. I want to support Rezalliance to make it possible.

While our societies are going through a profound change, partly under the impetus of generations carrying new messages, desires and hopes, organisations will have no other choice but to adjust, to the risk od loosing their attractiveness or simply their substance.

Swiss citizen of French origin, my professional and personal background made me realize how inclusiveness or the combination of human differences creates wealth. Yet my years of experience in many countries and industries have shown these “human” values or principles have various echoes. Unfortunately, words are not always followed by action nor deep changes in behavior.

What I found in Rezalliance, beyond the human dynamics of the project, is the musical setting of a holistic response to these complex issues coupled with a pragmatic logic.
